Due to the custom nature of our printing services, most products are made specifically for you based on your design specifications and requirements. As such, we generally cannot accept returns on custom-printed items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
We guarantee that all printed materials will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Before we begin production, we provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully check all aspects of the proof, including text, images, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the content and design as shown.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to fees for work already completed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
If we determine that a reprint is necessary due to our error, we will rush your replacement order at no additional charge. In most cases, reprints are completed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
If a return or reprint is necessary due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs for both the return and replacement. If you request a return for reasons not covered by our policy, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
