Relaxrelaxlight provides professional printing services including but not limited to logo design, branding packages, business cards, banners, brochures, and other custom print materials. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
For custom design projects, we will provide proofs for your approval before proceeding to production. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy in content, spelling, and design. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.
You retain ownership of any content, images, or designs you provide to us. By submitting materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your printing project. Upon full payment, you own the rights to custom designs we create specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed.
You represent and warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization.
We strive to meet all quoted delivery dates, but production and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, natural disasters, or material shortages.
We maintain high quality standards for all printing projects. Minor variations in color, cutting, and finishing are normal in the printing industry and do not constitute grounds for rejection. If you have specific requirements, please communicate them clearly before production begins.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to fees for work completed. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about refunds and returns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, relaxrelaxlight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
